Virtus WIN

Currency Conversion Statement

Effective date: 11 August 2026.

All payments on the "Virtus WIN" platform are expressed and charged in Serbian dinars (RSD). The subscription price is shown in dinars before the purchase is confirmed, and that is the amount charged.

If a price is shown to a foreign buyer in another currency (e.g. in euros), that amount is an indicative price for information only, calculated at the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The actual charge is always made in the dinar countervalue, and conversion into the buyer's currency is performed by the buyer's bank, as described below.

Payments with cards issued abroad

If payment is made with a payment card issued abroad (in a currency other than the dinar), the dinar amount is converted by the card-issuing bank into the currency of the cardholder's account, at that bank's exchange rate and under its conditions in force on the day the transaction is processed. The seller has no influence on that exchange rate and charges no additional conversion fee.

Due to exchange-rate differences, the amount finally charged to a foreign card may differ slightly from the dinar amount shown at the time of purchase.

Domestic cards

For cards issued in the Republic of Serbia (in dinars) there is no conversion — the exact dinar amount shown at the time of purchase is charged.

Card payments are processed by a certified payment processor (AllSecure) with 3-D Secure protection. Card details are not available to the seller and are not stored on its servers.
